Private sessions are great for athletes who may want one on one training. This allows us to focus on their individual needs. One on one training is a more effective way to improve your skills faster. The reason for this is because your workouts are designed and focused on everything you need improvements in. With private sessions we will typically come up with realistic short term goals together.
As you achieve each goal, we will come together to create even more difficult goals to achieve. This gives you an opportunity to track your progression from where you’ve started and where you are at the moment.
